A. 10 years
Q. What do you enjoy most about your job?
A. Getting to meet interesting people from all walks of life
Q. What is great about having Paper Plus Papamoa located at Papamoa Plaza?
A. Great to be in the hub of the community
Q. What’s your favourite thing to do in the region when you're not working?
A. Finding somewhere new to explore/walk
Q. What is your favourite place to shop or eat at Papamoa Plaza (apart from your own of course)?

Q. What are some of the top-selling book genres at the moment?
A. Perennial favourites are Adult fiction and Cookbooks but of late anything WW2/Nazi related is keenly sought after.
Q. What makes Paper Plus different from other book shops?
A. We are owner operated and a family business. We buy for our local market rather than one size fits all approach.
Q. How has the business changed with the introduction of e-books?
A. No change really. There seems to be room for both formats in the market.
Q. What do you offer that people might not know about?
A. A wide range of games and toys. But also friendly helpful advice.
Q. If I was a typical Paper Plus customer what would I buy?
A. A book and a greeting card is a common combo or for home office some copy paper and ink cartridges.
